Overview

In this project case study, I will be sharing my experience designing a mobile app for the fastest growing apparel brand in the US - Lululemon. The goal was to create an app that made it easy for consumers to compare different lululemon products from the ease of a mobile app.

Throughout the design process, I focused on creating an intuitive user interface that would enhance the overall user experience and encourage engagement with the app.

lululemon offers a wide range of similar-looking products with different features and materials, making it challenging for consumers to distinguish and discover the right products during the online shopping process.

Research

To address this issue, I conducted a user survey using Userzoom to identify the top metrics that Lululemon users care about most, such as product images, available sizing, price, fit/cut, and features (e.g., pockets, drawcords). The survey confirmed that users are interested in the ability to compare products within the mobile app.
